Thank you for shopping at Kemco.store . We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

Non-returnable items (change of mind only):

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Note: The above exclusions apply only to change-of-mind returns. They do not affect your right to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described — this right applies regardless of “Final Sale” status, in accordance with UAE consumer protection law.

Used or installed items (e.g. wired-in sockets, connected extension cords): Returns of items that have been used, installed, or wired in are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with details and photos of the item’s condition, and we’ll let you know if it qualifies for a return.

If the item was used or installed and a defect only became apparent through normal use (e.g. a socket that failed after being wired in), this is treated as a defective item claim, not a change-of-mind return, and remains eligible for a remedy.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@kemco.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a prepaid label or refund your shipping cost.
  • Change of mind / no longer needed: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether it’s approved. If approved, you can choose one of the following:

  • refund to your original payment method (processed within 7–10 business days)


Please let us know your preference when you submit your return request. We do not currently offer store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@kemco.store if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Nothing in this policy limits or overrides any right you are entitled to under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, its Executive Regulations, or Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on E-Commerce. Where any part of this policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights apply.
